Scholarship Programs
The Woodrow Wilson High School Community Foundation operates as a clearinghouse for several endowed scholarships made available to graduating Woodrow seniors. The Foundation is tremendously thankful to the many individuals who have committed to making these scholarships possible. If you would like to set up a scholarship to honor your graduation class, another organization or worthy individual, or your family legacy, please contact us.

2012 Scholarships
Attention Woodrow Seniors! Woodrow Wilson High School Community Foundation Scholarships for 2012 are now available.
Inquire in Counselor's Office or click here. Applications are to be scanned and e-mailed to contact@woodrowfoundation.org. Deadline for applications is March 23, 2012. Scholarship winners will be announced in late April.

Class of 1968 Scholarship Award ($1,000) -- Lorena Gutierrez
Lorena maintained a 3.93 GPA and ranked fourth in her class. She was active in National Honor Society, Key Club, and Dance. She will launch her college education at Texas A&M University majoring in biomedical science. Her goal is to become a veterinarian.Amy and Jason Kulas Family Scholarship Award ($1,000) -- Ana Harris
Ana was the class Salutatarian, graduating with a 3.89 GPA. She attends Wellesley College as a biology/pre-med student. At Woodrow, her activities included Student Council, class officer, varsity softball, theater, Variations Show Choir, National Honor Society, Key Club, and Dallas Teen School Board. Ana is an AP Scholar and a National Merit Commended Scholar.Bob and Mary Jo English Memorial Scholarship Award ($1,000) -- Jazmin Vazquez
Jazmin earned a 3.96 GPA and ranked eighth in her class. She attends Southern Methodist University, majoring in advertising and marketing. She was a member of the Rotary Club Dream Team, Interact Club, National Honor Society, yearbook staff, WWHS Dance Company and the golf team. Through high school, Jazmin was active in performing community service with the Rotary Club.Richard H. Vitale Family Scholarship Award ($500) -- Brian Tepera
Brian Tepera, Class Valedictorian, achieved a 4.0 GPA. He plans to study statistics at Duke University. Brian is also a National Merit Commended Scholar, a National AP Scholar, and was elected to the French Honor Society. At Woodrow, he participated in Mock Trial, Variations Show Choir, theater and the musical. He was a class officer, president of the National Honor Society, and a member of the tennis team. In addition, Brian is an Eagle Scout and active in his church youth group.
